Last night we went through the coldest temperatures our family has ever faced in our lives. It got down to record matching temperatures of -30 (not including windchill!). It's really blowing my mind. I've spent most of my life in West Texas, and the absolute coldest it EVER got while I was there (8 years) was 15 degrees. That was pretty darn cold for us southerners!

Yup. It was cold here too! Gotta love the Midwest, eh? Our front storm door looks like your attic windows! We have frost on the inside of our storm door. Mmm...maybe it's time to look for a new front door?
